Hearts in Faith, NFP is for single moms, or as we affectionately call you, Sweet Hearts.  Hearts in Faith was created for Sweet Hearts by a Sweet Heart with the hopes of creating a community of support based on love and faith.  We focus on empowering and strengthening Sweet Hearts in knowing that they are not alone on this journey called life and single mommy hood. 

We are a faith-based nonprofit organization serving the Illinois counties of Madison and St. Clair.

Current programs specifically support:

  • Sweet Hearts : Single moms (those who are unmarried, divorced, or widowed) ages 18+
  • Heart Beats : A Violence Prevention Program for youth ages 12-17 who have been a witness, victim, and/or perpetrators of violence.
  • Heart to Heart: A teen mom empowerment group for youth ages 13-19. 

With support, we believe that women and youth can be transformed and strengthened by the power of Christ.

It is our hope and prayer that you know you are not alone on this journey. We are here to pray with you and for you. No matter what happens on your journey always remember to keep your Heart in Faith!

    1. Hello there Jean and thank you for your comment. Hearts in Faith would love to reach Sweet Hearts all over the world. Jesus Christ chose a select few, molded them and changed their hearts. As they were changed by the power of God, they reached out to many nations spreading the good news. We want to have that same impact. But even if only one heart is changed by the impact of Hearts in Faith, we are blessed knowing that God used us to make a positive change in the world. God bless you and keep your Heart in Faith.
